Yes, Tor got hiddenservices for that but what is if you're not online. Your site will disapear.
Entropy is different. Once you setup a site, the site is available for long time. even if you are online or not. The people can get it, also your a far and long time away in guantamano or thaiti. It's not lost!Thing about ..
