File upload and non proper install ... maybe!

While i try to upload a file from my entropy gateway i get a no route to host.
My entropy is behind a nat and i have open and forwarded ports 8482 and 37373 on both my lan gateway pc and entropy gateway , i click on the link http://127.0.0.1:9999/KSK@gpl.txt to test my installation but entropy start reloading and reloading the page . I run a debian etch 2.6.18 kernel !
