With my terrible english i try to explain what happens.

In Europe the political scene try to buildup a closed territory that included all european countries. all countries have to follow the directives that are given by the new masters of EU. They try to alter the constitution of freedom and freespeech. The European constitution is not written for the people, it's just written for the big busyness mans. The laws in all countries have to change like the directive is given. To keep the appearance of democracy they do not stop freespech by law, they do stop it by monitoring all messagetraffic eg. Internet, phonecalls, puplic video, car country code and so on.
All have to be stored for long terms in databases. Also the traffic of boards like this. To keep the public protest and information between people down they made rules where they take admins and hoster of boards in charge liability to submit documents and obligation to report violations against the new laws.
About a difference point of view of democracy and freespeech between admins, hoster and politicans there are difference aspects of what is allowed and what is not. So the work for hosters and admins of boards growup. the hosters need to hire new workers that only handle that stuff. It is very expensiv in money and time for little hosters and boardadmins. So the things have reached to the point where little people can not speech what they want because all posting are under censorship of the admins or hosters and the law keep the face of democracy because they do not censorship, the admin-C is in charge for that censorship.

The EU is in a installing proccess to observe the 450 billion people of habitants and to monitoring them and to store it for long terms, also including to stake out the private homes of them (audio/video monitoring).
The future of boards in EU is controlled by laws and few trade centers.
criticism and freespeech is under-fire and unwanted by the leaders of the new united kingtom of EU and the new nobility of trade and busines.
