All the stuff seems to be ok for me.
But I'm not that expert.
After all Entropy has startet.

Now you have to explain in more details
which part is working and which is not.

Entropy is running - how many processes?
Can you get the gateway page in your browser?
Try localhost:10001 or 127.0.0.1:10001
If so take a look to "peers" and "prozesse"

You can also read the logfile too.
Maybe some hints will be given there.

What about this IP, is it static or dynamic?
